Job Description
The Ink Inplant Manager is responsible for overseeing inplant operations at a customer site, including managing employees, developing personnel, and implementing standard procedures. This exempt-level position requires measurable expertise in customer relation skills, negotiation skills, and flexibility in management techniques.
Requirements
- Technical degree (BS) or equivalent level of industry experience
- 10+ years general industry management experience
- 5+ years printing or chemical industry related experience
- Experience in dispensing software platforms (Novaflow, SPEC, Mixmaster, etc.)
- Experience in color matching technologies (X-Rite, Sun Color Box, etc.)
- Strong ink room and printing process knowledge
- Strong written communication skills for reporting
