Lab Tech Specialist 1

Join our team as a Chemist supporting the Coatings business through hands-on lab work, data analysis, and technical reporting. This role drives formulation, testing, and SAP support to ensure product performance across diverse applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in Coatings, pigments, spray booth operations, or a related technical role in product testing, development, or application testing.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience highly preferred.
• Skilled in chemical handling and disposal, laboratory equipment operation, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal communication and technical writing skills.
• Strong math proficiency, creative problem-solving ability, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
