Production Operator 1

In this role, your primary responsibility is to produce high quality inks via batch tickets for our customers. The key to your success is to produce the best quality product, on-time while practicing safety as a top priority.

Requirements

• Perform all gathering, weighing and packaging duties for the different equipment throughout. manufacturing including the computer control system software.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide input to supervision/management.
• Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping throughout the facility and participate in 5s activities.
• Perform all duties in such a manner as to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and in accordance with the Quality Management System guidelines, including maintaining proper documentation in all work areas.
• Assist co-workers and promote a team environment while using effective communication skills.
• Other duties as assigned by a supervisor, lead employee, or other member of management.
