Job Description
Support and contribute to the growth of coating business by technical service request (lab work, demonstration material, sales tools and related activities) based on customer and market requirements.
Requirements
- Test and benchmark customer samples, supplier or competitor products
- Prepare promotional materials for sales and technical marketing
- Plan efficient lab job scheduler and procedures
- Carry out qualified results for market support, tech service tasks
- Communicate frequently with sales & technical marketing
- Customer visit and provide onsite technical solutions
- Ensure consistent and good quality of work and documentation
- Efficient and effective utilization of laboratory assets and resources
- Ensure compliance with SUN EHS requirements and implement 5S
