Senior Process Engineer (Coating)

Senior Process Engineer (Coating) job description: Leverage expertise in cleaning processes and materials to troubleshoot and resolve process and manufacturing challenges, achieve and exceed process yield targets, and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics
• Work experience in thin film coating or in an advanced manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical & project management skills
• Good technical knowledge of the thermal & optical properties of materials
• Knowledge of Thin Film Deposition Physics & Thin Film Design
• Knowledge of high vacuum systems, evaporation techniques, cleaning & drying technologies.
• Knowledge of DOE, FMEA, SPC, TQM
• Data visualization in Power BI or similar platform
• Ability to analyze and extract meaningful insight of data
• Knowledge of work safety practices, handling of industrial/ hazardous materials
