Job Description
Gate Attendants greet all visitors and direct them to their destinations. They obtain pertinent information from each non-resident/guest entering the community and hand out promotional materials to prospective guests and residents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work events during non-business hours
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to read maps
- Valid driver's license
