Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years in administrative experience
- 6 months in previous experience using property management and/or reservation systems
- 6 months in hotel or resort front desk experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Professional appearance
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, with ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email, the internet, and provide data entry in a timely and efficient manner
- Must have a valid driver's license
