Maintenance Operative

Park Holidays UK is looking for a Maintenance Operative to join their team in Dawlish. The successful candidate will be responsible for the general upkeep and repair of the holiday park facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for guests and staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience in general maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
• Practical skills in DIY, repairs, and maintenance tasks, including experience using hand tools and equipment related to maintenance and gardening.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance while performing maintenance tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work effectively, and keep accurate records of maintenance work.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by the needs of the park.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting colleagues across the holiday park.
