The Procurement Analyst supports the organization's sourcing and procurement function by analyzing spend data, evaluating and managing supplier performance, and identifying cost reduction opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Required)
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- 2 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics experience (Required)
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong project/program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical and detail-oriented problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to influence without authority and build trust with business partners
- Strong proficiency in Excel, data analytics tools, and procurement technologies
- Ability to develop cost models, total cost of ownership analyses, and supplier evaluation criteria
