Resort Housekeeping Supervisor

The Resort Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure the resort maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year in prior housekeeping experience, with hospitality industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Knowledge of general janitorial practices
• Understanding of safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively with team members and external partners
• Ability to negotiate prices and contracts on behalf of the resort
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet use
• Must have a valid driver's license
