The Vice President, Construction Services provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for capital improvement and expansion initiatives, ensuring projects advance through the gated CapEx workflow from feasibility to approval, funding, and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in construction management, architecture, or related field.
- 10+ years in experience in construction and/or utilities management.
- 2 years in experience managing facilities before, during, and after catastrophic events (preferred).
- Knowledge of building and infrastructure systems, regulatory requirements, and capital planning.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Budgeting and financial analysis skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Proven ability to lead teams and self-perform when needed.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong communication skills with field teams and senior leadership.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
- Ability to travel as required (up to 40%).
