Senior Manager, Claims

The Senior Manager, Life & Disability Claims is responsible for the successful management of the day-to-day operations of our Long Term Disability claims team, as well as fostering client relations and ensuring the accurate risk management of disability claims. The position requires a minimum of 5 years progressively responsible disability claims experience and a bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
