Executive - Biotechnology

The Executive - Biotechnology position requires hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, microbial cell culture, and molecular biology areas, with a focus on therapeutic protein expression and purification using E.coli/yeast expression systems. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in molecular biology techniques, including molecular cloning, primer designing, and expression vector generation.

Requirements

• Hands on work experience in mammalian cell culture/microbial cell culture and molecular biology areas
• Experience in therapeutic protein expression and purification using E.coli/yeast expression systems
• Well versed with molecular biology techniques including molecular cloning, primer designing, expression vector generation, characterization and related molecular biology techniques
• Experience on generation of CHO based stable monoclonal cell lines for mAb/therapeutic protein production
• Experience in single cell cloning, fed batch study, cell bank preparation (RCB, MCB, WCB, EPCB) and characterization is preferred
• To work with multiple teams/ CRO/CDMOs for technology transfer, work as per SOP, design experiments/trouble shoot any arising problems
• To maintain proper experimental documentation records in LNB and ELN specific formats
