Primary Care Physician

Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in need. They are looking to hire an accomplished full-time Primary Care Physician (IM/FM) to join their team in Peekskill, NY. The Primary Care Physician is responsible for managing a diverse patient panel with multiple co-morbidities in a busy Federally Qualified Health Center.

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree (MD, DO)
• Active/Valid license as a MD or DO in New York State, DEA, Board certification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Experience in HIV care and MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient population in community health setting
• Provider must have at least two years of full scope family medicine experience
