Primary Care Physician

Sun River Health provides comprehensive primary, preventative and behavioral health services to underserved and vulnerable communities. The organization is seeking a Full-time Primary Care Physician to join their team at the Alpha School location in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse patient populations and be able to provide high-quality patient care in a busy Federally Qualified Health Center.

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree (MD, DO)
• Active/Valid license as a MD or DO in New York State, DEA, Board certification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Experience in HIV care and MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient population in community health setting
