Primary Care Physician

Sun River Health provides comprehensive primary, preventative and behavioral health services to all who seek it, regardless of insurance status and ability to pay. We are looking for a Full-time Primary Care Physician to join our team in Brentwood, NY.

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree (MD, DO)
• Active/Valid license as a MD or DO in New York State, DEA, Board certification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Experience in HIV care and MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient population in community health setting
