Primary Care Physician - Monticello

Sun River Health is looking to hire a part-time Primary Care Physician to join their team in Monticello, NY. The Primary Care Physician will manage a diverse patient panel and provide high-quality care in a busy Federally Qualified Health Center. The role requires a Doctorate Degree (MD, DO) and active/valid license as a MD or DO in New York State.

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree (MD, DO)
• Active/Valid license as a MD or DO in New York State, DEA, Board certification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Experience in HIV care and MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient population in community health setting
