Senior Manual QA Engineer (Casual Games)

Established in 2018, Sun Studio is a game development company that specializes in web and mobile games with over 1 billion plays. We are currently looking for a Senior Manual QA with rich experience and hands-on skills to join our team.

Requirements

• Ensure quality of Release Production without Critical Bugs
• Meet the minimum rate as per company regulations
• Minimize the repetition of Critical Bugs that have occurred in previous Releases
• Design a Test Plan that meets the quality standards of App Game on the Google Play platform
• Ensure correct Target Releases from Product Owner or Project Manager
• Ensure quality of key criteria: Ads, Data Analytics, Localization, ANR, UI, UX...
• Meet other criteria: compatibility on multiple devices, basic performance metrics (FPS, Loading Time)
• Ensure critical components are updated: Release Checklist, AC, EC
• Ensure quality of Test Run, Test Report based on Test Plan
• Implement, measure, and communicate work effectively
• Ensure standards for Verification, Test Report
• Ensure standards when writing and updating Test Cases
• Ensure correct design, documentation provided by Game Designer
• Implement based on Templates, procedures established
• Ensure standards when reporting errors and confirming completion
• Correct and sufficient minimum requirements of Bug Report/Verify according to Template
• Manage the lifecycle of Bugs/Issues according to procedures
• Improve procedures based on reality
• Develop and update documentation to ensure product quality
• Research Game Platform SDK, Guidelines, and collaborate with Tech Team
• Analyze errors, resolve, and report complex issues
• Monitor important statistical indicators of the game to proactively detect issues and update Test Cases, Checklist
• Work with the product development team (BOD, Marketing, Tech Team) to find solutions
• Proactively update progress, status of tasks affecting project progress
• Update status of Tasks, Tickets when completed
• Update status through project meetings
• Understand basic statistical indicators of the project
• Understand and work based on KPIs assigned at each stage
• Ensure work is performed to meet KPIs from BOD
• Proactively exchange, update to adjust KPIs during implementation
