Analyst, HRIS

The HRIS Analyst supports the ongoing administration, configuration, and optimization of the organization’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HRIS systems
• 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience with configuration and administration.
• Foundational understanding of HR data, processes, and lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Workday products and features, with the ability to learn and apply new functionality as needed.
