Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 7 years of secretarial or administrative experience at the executive level
- Proficient knowledge of computer software (including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, and e-mail)
- Excellent communication skills including tact and diplomacy
- Regular exercise of initiative and personal judgment, attention to detail, use of discretion, and maintaining confidentiality
- Experience with AI tools
- Experience in a large, publicly traded company preferred
