Job Description
Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Road Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment in a safety-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment and a high school diploma or equivalent training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (21 years of age & CDL license may be required in some locations)
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
- Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish or Other) may be required based on location needs
