The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) position is responsible for driving incremental sales revenue for assigned sales territories, supporting increased sales productivity of assigned Outside Sales Representatives (OSR).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years’ business-to-business Inside Sales/Customer Service experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, customer-focused environment
- Demonstrated success cold calling, reactivating dormant accounts, and in engaging prospects and customers
- Outstanding listening and communication skills
- Software literate and ability to learn new software quickly
- Analytical capabilities to interpret data, generate reports, and understand full external and internal sales and customer service processes
- Ability to ensure proper need assessments, planning, account qualification at all prospect levels
