We're hiring a senior technical product leader to own Sunco's lighting and electrical supply portfolio end-to-end.

Requirements

Strong understanding of lighting customers, trends, channels, and technology progression.
High-level understanding of lighting technology and innovation, with hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, and/or electromechanical systems.
7+ years shipping hardware products from concept to scale (lighting/electrical preferred) with meaningful hands-on engineering involvement.
3+ years in technical hardware product management and/or hardware engineering leadership, including leading teams and driving cross-functional outcomes.
Technical fluency in lighting hardware: LED systems, drivers/power, chips, dimming behavior, thermal/reliability, manufacturability, and core EE principles.
Manufacturing + supplier/ODM/CM experience: RFQ, sampling, pilots, production support, and navigating factory operations effectively.
Exceptional understanding of demographics and customer needs. Has the ability to root cause customer pain points and translate that into product features and offerings.
Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to align and drive outcomes across teams (including senior stakeholders) without direct authority.
Comfortable using quantitative and qualitative inputs to make and defend product decisions at speed.
