Specialist Reliability Engineer

Suncor is seeking a Specialist Reliability Engineer to join their team in Fort McMurray, Alberta. As a reliability engineer, you will play a key role in maximizing the safety, reliability, and lifecycle value of their mine mobile equipment fleet.

Requirements

• 10 years' experience in mine mobile equipment maintenance, reliability engineering, or asset lifecycle assessment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mining or Industrial Engineering
• Registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA)
• Knowledge of reliability engineering tools and techniques, including root cause analysis and condition-based monitoring
• Strong analytical skills with experience using CMMS (SAP) to extract and analyze work order data
• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across teams
• Strong focus on safety, integrity, and continuous improvement
