Job Description
Join Sundae as a PM Assistant Manager and lead a team of 4-12 members in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and maintaining operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent
- 1+ year of foodservice supervisor, team leadership experience or equivalent
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Valid Food Safety Manager certificate or equivalent (may be obtained within 60 days of hire date)
- Daytime availability required
