Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a lead, foreman, or supervisory role
• 5 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, energy, utilities, or mission-critical facility operations
• Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams, drawings, and procedures
• Ability to stop work and escalate concerns when unsafe or abnormal conditions exist
