We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional individual to serve as a key support partner in managing daily priorities, internal coordination, and external client inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Engineering, Communications, Project Management, or similar)
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership, engineering teams, or technical operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar
