Job Description
The Country Manager will drive growth and expand market share for clean energy solutions in Ukraine. This role involves developing and executing a market expansion strategy, leading a team, building relationships with stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, managing budgets, and promoting sustainability. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in business development, sales, and leadership within the renewable energy sector.
Requirements
- Solid track record of successful business development, sales, and leadership, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Proven ability to succeed in a competitive market.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker.
- Deep commitment to sustainability.
- Innovative mindset.
- English and Ukrainian at least at B2 level.
