Job Description
The Sourcing Manager will identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to support local and global sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, and align sourcing with operational needs. The role requires managing risk, ensuring compliance, supporting localization strategies, and monitoring market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Familiar with global sourcing practices and local supply chain conditions in Europe
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
- Must have legal working rights in the EU
