Job Description
Welcome to your new role at Sungrow as our HR Intern in Munich! You'll ensure employee records are accurate and updated, process labor documentation, handle sensitive data, assist in administering employee benefit programs, and more.
Requirements
- Degree in HR or business (currently enrolled or recently graduated)
- Fluency in English
- Language skills in German or Chinese (Mandarin) (nice to have)
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP, aPHRi or CIPD) (nice to have)
- Knowledge of the solar energy market in Europe (nice to have)
- Understanding of solar energy energy products (PV, ESS and EV) (nice to have)
