Project Manager Renewable Energies - Israel

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team, overseeing and commissioning projects while ensuring their successful execution. This role demands a highly organized individual with a data-driven mindset, substantial experience in managing complex projects, and the ability to lead effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management
• Highly organized and data-driven with strong tracking and analytical capabilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to lead projects independently and manage without formal authority
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a wide perspective and strategic thinking
• Flexible, assertive, and thrives under pressure in a global, multicultural, matrix organization
• Proficient in tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project, and Monday
• Technical background or inclination, with experience in renewable energy, power electronics, IT, electricity, or civil engineering being a significant advantage
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (C1 level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Engineering degree in electrical, mechanical, or electronics fields is a strong advantage
