Job Description
SCADA Engineer position available at Sungrow in Munich, Germany. Implement, deploy, and commission SCADA systems for utility-scale energy storage and PV projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SCADA data acquisition or project implementation; experience in PV or energy storage is a plus.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
- Familiarity with industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, IEC 61400-25, TCP/IP).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C/C++, C#, Java).
- Knowledge of databases (Oracle, MySQL, InfluxDB) and Linux/Windows industrial OS.
- Basic project management skills, excellent communication, and willingness to travel for projects.
