Job Description
We are looking for an IT Service Desk Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1ā3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English. Knowledge of an additional language is a plus
