Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst is responsible for developing plans to reduce problem behaviors and teach appropriate replacement behaviors for children, adolescents, and adults with autism and related developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education
- National Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- Licensure as an Assistant Behavior Analyst in the state of Missouri (or meets the eligibility criteria for licensure)
- Minimum 1 year experience providing services to individuals with autism and/or other developmental disabilities
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Acceptable background checks
