Nurses (RNs or LPNs)

Summit Square is seeking a compassionate and dedicated nurse to join their team in providing exceptional care with compassion and respect to older adults. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse with active licensure through the state of Virginia, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Must be a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse with active licensure through the state of Virginia.
• Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed through the Virginia Board of Nursing.
• Supervisory skills required; experience preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred or ability to learn.
• CPR certified or ability to obtain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with confidential information and maintain its integrity.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and having good organizational skills.
• Ability to work in stressful environment and deal with medical emergency situations.
• Ability to process information accurately, make appropriate decisions, and take appropriate action based upon the information available.
• Strong customer service skills; maintain a hospitality approach to engaging with all individuals.
