Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team to assess, plan, organize, and administer individualized rehabilitative programs designed to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions caused by disease or injury.
Requirements
- Assess, plan, organize, and administer individualized rehabilitative programs
- Restore patient’s function, alleviate pain and prevent disabilities
- Develop a treatment plan for each patient
- Implements Plan of Treatment on a consistent schedule
- Evaluate patient progress, modify treatment plans, and try new treatments
- Develop a plan for patients following completion of their Plan of Treatment
