Job Description
The Porter/Groundskeeper plays a key role in maintaining the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the apartment community, ensuring the community remains in optimal condition for current and prospective residents.
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Must be able to take direction and follow company procedures
- Ability to complete physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing
