Job Description
The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community by ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role plays a key part in preserving property value and enhancing resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance or a related field
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of state’s lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and the Property Code
- Proficient in property management software (such as OneSite and/or Yardi) and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Required CPO & HVAC certifications
