Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant at SunRidge Management Group. The Leasing Consultant serves as the primary sales and customer service representative for the apartment community. Key responsibilities include leasing & marketing, resident relations, and administrative support.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, ADA, and leasing compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g., Yardi or OneSite)
• Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays as needed
