Job Description
The Porter/Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the property's curb appeal, conducting preventive maintenance, and reporting unsafe conditions. The role involves walking the property regularly to remove litter and debris, cleaning and maintaining the pool, and performing 'trash-out' duties at vacated apartments.
Requirements
- Conduct business in accordance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws.
- Complete all Grace Hill courses by required deadlines.
- Be physically able to walk the property and perform manual labor.
