Community Assistant Manager - Villa Del Mar

The Community Assistant Manager is responsible for the operations of an income producing property, including personnel functions, leasing, community maintenance, and resident relations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Property Management experience required.
• Professional presence, appearance, and etiquette.
• Strong internal and external customer service.
• Knowledgeable and proficiency with typing, Property Marketing, Microsoft Office, Entrata, Real Page preferred.
• A valid Driver's license is strongly preferred - position may require driving during business hours or as needed for on-call purposes.
