Job Description
The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an income-producing property, including personnel functions, leasing, community maintenance, and fiscal oversight. They will work closely with the Regional Manager to develop an effective team that sells the quality and professionalism of the organization. The Community Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate submission of payroll summary sheets, and for maintaining a general working knowledge of federal and state laws in regard to the collection of delinquent accounts.
Requirements
- Property management software experience preferably Entrata
- Professional experience with Property Marketing preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in property management
