The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing the value of the community by performing various maintenance duties, providing excellent resident services, and supporting the Community Manager in all phases of physical maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Ability to work independently and use independent judgment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
