Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide excellent resident services and perform various maintenance duties to maintain and enhance the value of the community. The role requires exercising independent judgment, executing and developing solutions to problems, and diplomatically implementing decisions made by management.

Requirements

• Perform all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance
• Maintain accurate inventory control of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Ensure that maintenance requests are handled as quickly, efficiently, and effectively as possible
• Adhere to company monthly preventive maintenance directives
• Perform on-call emergency service as required
