Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Care Manager to provide high-quality care to residents in assisted living and long term care communities. The Care Manager will be responsible for providing individual care plans, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. This position requires a commitment to resident well-being and teamwork.
Requirements
- CPR and First Aid certification
- High School diploma/GED (may be required)
- CPR Certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Knowledge of ISP guidelines and quality care standards
- CPR/First Aid certificate
