Job Description
Responsible for directing implementation and onboarding activities for FinTech clients, ensuring compliance with laws and bank policies, and delivering implementation objectives.
Requirements
- Exercises independent judgment and discretion in program implementations
- Follows a defined onboarding philosophy/methodology
- Consults with clients, vendors and management to identify customer needs and implementation objectives
- Prioritizes, plans, and tracks implementation progress
- Provides status reporting to bank management, committee members and clients
- Coordinates with department/management teams, including assembling project teams and establishing clear roles and responsibilities
- Manages, supports, and grows FinTech Partners
- Collaborates with assigned teams on the development, testing and delivery of new payments products
- Evaluates business needs, objectives, and goals, researches payments products, and designs procedures to meet client needs
