The Relationship Banker promotes and cross-sells bank products and services to new and existing customers to meet their needs and the bank’s growth objectives.
Requirements
- Promotes, counsels, cross-sells and provides maintenance services to new and existing consumer and business customers to meet their needs.
- Complete application process and other required paperwork for new accounts
- Provides positive customer satisfaction by proactively assisting with account questions and resolving issues.
- Effectively handles customer inquiries by phone or in person, resolving questions, complaints and conducts account research.
- Provides additional services as needed or assigned.
