Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Strong understanding of asphalt paving procedures and specifications
• Prior asphalt paving experience, including operation of various paving equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
