Sunrun is a leading home solar and battery company looking for a People Generalist to provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in an HR Generalist-type role
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Effective interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills
• Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Ability to travel ~25% of the time
