Dental Director

The Dental Director provides comprehensive dental care to a diverse patient population, develops and enforces dental policies, and oversees the dental quality improvement program. They also provide leadership and direction related to clinical collaboratives, studies, and programs that improve patient lives and the surrounding community.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Dental Surgery or equivalent
• Current licensure to practice dentistry in Arizona
• 5+ years of experience as a dentist, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Excellent clinical skills and chairside manner
• Leadership and management experience
• Knowledge of dental policies and procedures
• Ability to develop and implement quality improvement programs
